Shipping & Store Pickup Policy

Thank you for shopping with Britique Boutique! We carefully process and package every order to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

By placing an order with Britique Boutique, you agree to the terms of this Shipping & Store Pickup Policy.

Shipping Locations

Britique Boutique currently ships only to valid addresses within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing begins as soon as possible during regular business hours. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, on holidays, or while the boutique is closed will begin processing on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and dates when Britique Boutique is closed.

Many orders ship the same or next business day. However, additional processing time may be required during:

  • Holidays

  • Sales and promotional events

  • Boutique events

  • New collection launches

  • Severe weather

  • Periods of high order volume

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Processing time is the time required to prepare and package an order. It does not include USPS transit or delivery time.

Order Changes and Cancellations

All orders are final once placed.

Because orders may enter fulfillment immediately, Britique Boutique cannot guarantee cancellations, item changes, size changes, shipping address changes, or other order modifications.

Shipping orders cannot be converted to store pickup after the order has been placed.

Shipping Carrier and Methods

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

Available shipping methods may vary depending on the package, destination, order value, merchandise, and other shipping requirements.

Britique Boutique reserves the right to select or adjust the shipping service when reasonably necessary, provided the selected service is comparable to the service purchased.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may be based on the package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $150.01 or more receive free standard shipping.

The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

Free shipping applies only to the initial shipment and does not cover:

  • Reshipping returned packages

  • Address corrections

  • Refused or unclaimed packages

  • Returns or exchanges

  • Upgraded or expedited shipping

  • Additional carrier or delivery charges

Delivery Times

USPS delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Britique Boutique.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Carrier delays

  • Staffing shortages

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delivery location

  • Circumstances outside Britique Boutique’s control

Britique Boutique is not responsible for USPS delays after a package has been transferred to and accepted by the carrier.

A delayed package does not automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, cancellation, or store credit.

Tracking Information

Once an order is prepared for shipment, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow time for USPS to accept the package and update the tracking record. Receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean USPS has already scanned or transported the package.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and making appropriate arrangements to receive their packages.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any applicable:

  • Apartment numbers

  • Suite numbers

  • Unit numbers

  • Building information

  • ZIP codes

  • Recipient names

Britique Boutique is not responsible for shipping or delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

Address changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed.

Once an order has been fulfilled or transferred to USPS, Britique Boutique cannot redirect, intercept, or alter the shipment.

If Britique Boutique makes an address or fulfillment error, we will work with the customer to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking has not updated or a package appears delayed, the customer is responsible for contacting USPS and, when appropriate, submitting a USPS service request, Missing Mail Search, or claim.

Customers are responsible for cooperating with all USPS investigation and claim requirements.

Britique Boutique will provide reasonable order or shipping documentation when needed. Depending on USPS requirements, Britique Boutique may need to assist with or submit certain claim documentation.

A package is not considered lost solely because it is delayed or tracking has temporarily stopped updating.

Britique Boutique will not issue a refund, replacement, or store credit while:

  • The package remains in transit

  • USPS is investigating

  • A Missing Mail Search is pending

  • A claim has not been approved and paid

If USPS approves and pays an eligible loss claim, Britique Boutique may, at its discretion and subject to the claim amount received:

  • Replace the merchandise when available; or

  • Issue store credit when replacement merchandise is unavailable

Any replacement or store credit will not exceed the amount Britique Boutique actually receives through the approved shipping claim.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by an error made by Britique Boutique.

Packages Marked Delivered

USPS tracking that shows a package as delivered is considered confirmation that the carrier completed delivery to the shipping address provided with the order.

If tracking shows “delivered” but the customer cannot locate the package, the customer should promptly:

  • Check all doors, porches, mailboxes, parcel lockers, garages, and other delivery areas

  • Ask household members, neighbors, property managers, or front-office staff

  • Contact the local USPS office or postal carrier

  • Submit a USPS delivery inquiry

  • File a police report if theft is suspected

The customer must notify Britique Boutique within 3 business days of the delivery scan if shipping documentation or reasonable assistance is needed.

Britique Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged after USPS confirms delivery.

Packages marked delivered are not automatically eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit from Britique Boutique.

Damaged Packages or Merchandise

Customers must inspect their orders promptly after delivery.

Shipping damage must be reported to shop@britiqueboutique.com within 3 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.

The customer must provide clear photographs of:

  • The damaged merchandise

  • The exterior shipping box or mailer

  • The interior packaging materials

  • The shipping label

  • Any visible package damage

  • All items received in the shipment

Customers must retain the damaged merchandise and all original packaging until Britique Boutique or USPS confirms that the items may be discarded.

USPS may require damaged merchandise and packaging to be presented for inspection.

Failure to report the damage within the required time, provide requested photographs, retain the packaging, or cooperate with the claim process may prevent Britique Boutique from assisting with a claim or offering a resolution.

If an eligible damage claim is approved and paid, Britique Boutique may:

  • Replace the item when available; or

  • Issue store credit when a replacement is unavailable

Any resolution will be limited to the approved claim amount unless the damage was caused by Britique Boutique.

Normal product variations, minor packaging imperfections, loose threads that can be safely trimmed, manufacturer variations, and damage occurring after delivery may not qualify as shipping damage.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If Britique Boutique ships the wrong item or an item is missing from the package, the customer must email shop@britiqueboutique.com within 3 calendar days of delivery.

The customer may be required to provide:

  • Photographs of all items received

  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

  • A copy of the packing slip

  • Additional information reasonably needed to investigate the order

If Britique Boutique confirms that we made a fulfillment error, we will correct the issue at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

Incorrect items must remain unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returned, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to Britique Boutique because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, unclaimed package, or another issue not caused by Britique Boutique:

  • The original shipping charge is nonrefundable

  • The customer is responsible for the full cost of reshipping

  • Orders that originally qualified for free shipping are subject to the actual cost of reshipping

  • Britique Boutique will contact the customer using the contact information associated with the order

Returned packages will be held for 14 calendar days from the date Britique Boutique sends notice to the customer.

The order will not be reshipped until the customer confirms a valid shipping address and pays all applicable reshipping charges.

If the customer does not respond and pay the applicable charges within the 14-day period, Britique Boutique may restock the merchandise and issue store credit for the merchandise amount, less any:

  • Nonrefundable shipping charges

  • Return-to-sender charges

  • Carrier fees

  • Other costs incurred by Britique Boutique

Original and additional shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Fraud Prevention and Order Verification

Britique Boutique reserves the right to review, hold, verify, or cancel any order involving:

  • Suspected fraud

  • A high-risk fraud warning

  • Unverifiable customer information

  • Billing and shipping address discrepancies

  • Invalid or incomplete addresses

  • Unusual purchasing activity

  • Pricing or inventory errors

  • Unauthorized payment activity

  • Other security or fulfillment concerns

Britique Boutique may contact the customer and request additional information before fulfilling an order.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation and refund of the order.

Britique Boutique may require signature confirmation, additional insurance, or other delivery services for certain orders based on:

  • Order value

  • Merchandise type

  • Destination

  • Fraud risk

  • Delivery history

Store Pickup Orders

Store pickup is available only when selected as the delivery method during checkout.

Shipping orders cannot be converted to store pickup after the order has been placed.

Customers must wait until they receive a Ready for Pickup notification before arriving at the boutique.

An order confirmation alone does not mean the order is ready for pickup.

The person collecting the order must present:

  • The order confirmation or pickup notification

  • A valid government-issued photo ID matching the customer or authorized pickup person

Britique Boutique may also require the person collecting the order to sign a pickup acknowledgment confirming receipt of the order.

If someone other than the purchaser will collect the order, the purchaser must contact Britique Boutique in advance and provide the authorized person’s full name.

Britique Boutique reserves the right to decline release of an order when identity or authorization cannot be reasonably verified.

The order will not be marked as picked up until it has been physically released to the verified customer or authorized pickup person.

Once an order has been verified and released, Britique Boutique is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or disputes occurring after pickup.

Returns and Final-Sale Terms

All purchases remain subject to Britique Boutique’s separate Return Policy.

Approval of a USPS inquiry, insurance claim, or delivery issue does not automatically override Britique Boutique’s return, exchange, or final-sale policies.

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Britique Boutique, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to this Shipping & Store Pickup Policy.

Britique Boutique reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

The version in effect on the date an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
