At Britique Boutique, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy to understand how returns are processed.

All Sales Are Final: Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds. Instead, we offer store credit for eligible* returns.

Store Credit: Eligible returns will be processed in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Britique Boutique online or in-store. Store credit is non-transferable and has no expiration date.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the in-store purchase date or online purchase delivery date for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The following items are considered non-returnable and a FINAL sale:

    • All jewelry
    • Intimates including Spanx, undergarments, bralettes, and bodysuits
    • Sale and markdown items
    • Gift cards
    • All items priced under $10
    • Items deemed out of season

2. Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at shop@britiqueboutique.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and return shipping instructions.

3. Returns:

  • Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Refunds will be processed in the form of Store Credit. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your Britique Boutique account.

6. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund of store credit and place a new order for the item you desire.

7. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to returns of certain items, especially those returned without their original packaging or in a damaged condition.

8. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

9. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven't received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your Britique Boutique account or contact us directly at shop@britiqueboutique.com. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
